Sarah Copeland is an award-winning writer, tastemaker and curator of good living. She is the author of Instant Family Meals, Every Day is Saturday, Feast and The Newlywed Cookbook, and the host of the Food Network Series, Every Day is Saturday, which exemplify Sarah’s standard for gorgeous imagery, luscious recipes, and simple luxuries.

Sarah’s recipes, images and words focus on whole-foods ingredients and an appetite for life—inspiring confidence, vitality and joy.

The former Food Director at Real Simple magazine and a Food Network veteran, Sarah has spent a decade bringing her live full philosophy to homes across America. Sarah spent several years as a chef in New York City, and St. Tropez, France, and is a culinary school graduate and certified holistic health educator. Also a trained journalist, Sarah is passionate about storytelling. She and her recipes appear regularly in top publications and websites including The New York Times, Food & Wine, Saveur, Martha Stewart Living, Better Homes and Gardens, TheKitchn, Food52 and Food Network.
